However, in the real world, there might be various circumstances leading to situations of refund and return. Therefore, we ask our customers to check out the return and refund rules and regulations that we have fixated on in order to have a hassle-free shopping experience.

It is Sildenashot’s responsibility to send an email to customers when they place an order, and another email that follows the confirmation email is usually received within 24 hours of placing the order. This email confirms the order and shows the expected time for delivery.
In the event of payment issues, such as a non-completion of the payment, the client will receive an email addressing the issue.
After the payment process has been completed, users can track their order on the portal, and now, when their order will be shipped, we will send an email confirmation. The shipping process typically takes 24 to 48 hours after placing the final order on the portal and after making the payment.
Once a userhas received a shipment invoice, we will provide them with information on the invoice number, shipping details, and how to track the shipment.
Please note that all procedures will be explained step by step. In the event that you have any questions, you can contact our customer service number to inquire about them. We usually ship the package to your home doorstep or office address. If you change the shipping address after the order has been shipped, it may result in undeliverable packages.
The products of Sildenashot are available not only within the territorial boundaries of India but also abroad. If you are a foreign citizen, you will need to allow yourself more time when ordering because your package will go through customs checks when it reaches the airport or port, this may result in additional delays. It is beyond our control that the delay caused by the customs department cannot be held accountable for. Simply put, in light of the fact that customs delays are beyond our control, we cannot be held responsible for such delays.
Usually, after the customs check, your package is sent to the local courier office from where the dispatch procedure begins. It is important to remember that the customs check can take anywhere from a few days to a few weeks, so allow yourself some extra time.
The delivery of local and territorial packages usually takes a few days, but there may always be delays due to unanticipated circumstances, such as delays in customs, natural disasters, political disruptions, or turmoil in the state. International orders require more time from us.
It generally doesn’t take more than 2 to 3 weeks for us to post a final order on the portal after the final order is placed. However, please keep in mind that customs checks may cause a delay. It is the customer’s responsibility to track their packages and shipments and contact us for further assistance if their package hasn’t arrived after 14 days of purchase.
Lost Orders Reshipments
There are rare chances but just in case we happen to lose a customer’s order in transit then the same will be reshipped by Sildenashot and they do not have to pay any tax or charges for the reshipment.
Also in cases, where the customers have not received their packages for more than 21 days for local as well as international orders, they need to connect with us on the helpline number. It is necessary to report it to the customer care team within 8 weeks of final order placement.
A refund or reshipment for the lost order is initiated as soon as it is reported by the customer. Any report post 8 weeks would not be entertained for refund as well as reshipment.
Return And Refund Policy
In any circumstance, if the shipped order received by the customer is found to have a broken seal or tampered seal, the customer must report it to the company within 7 days of receiving the order.
In the event that you place an order for a refund or return within 7 days, we will arrange a reshipment and pickup of the damaged product once we verify everything, and returns and refunds are not permitted after 7 days.
Please note that no refunds or return orders will be processed after 7 days of receiving the order.
